Sputter Coater
The SEM Coater model is a compact coating system able to coat noble metals such as gold (Au), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt) and gold/palladium (Au/Pd) thin films on non-conductive or poorly conductive specimens.
Carbon Coater
The Carbon Coater is a compact carbon fiber coating system suitable for sample preparation for the use in scanning electron microscope(SEM),Transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X- Ray analysis (EDX).
Sputter and Carbon Coater
The SEM Sputter and Coater model is a compact coating system included both of sputter and also carbon coater. This system can sputter noble metals such as gold (Au), palladium (Pd), platinum (Pt) and gold/palladium (Au/Pd) on non-conductive or poorly conductive specimens and so able to coat carbon film on the samples.

Desk Thermal Evaporator is configured as a material evaporator suitable for sample evaporant experiments. This low-budget, small chamber, and high-vacuum systemis ideal for short time deposition of noble and oxidizing metals.
